Dynamic Pricing

PEI’s Finest Golf is pleased to share our new Dynamic Pricing model, which rewards early planners and gives flexible golfers more opportunities to find great value throughout the season. You can now view tee times and prices in real time online and choose the date, time, and rate that suit you best. Each day offers a variety of pricing options to help you find the perfect fit.

What is dynamic pricing?
Dynamic pricing simply means that prices change based on supply and demand. If you’ve ever booked a flight, hotel, rental car, or even taken an Uber, you’ve already experienced it. We’re using the same idea for our tee times, prices may go up or down depending on how busy the day is.

How are prices determined?
Our tee sheet software takes into account historical trends along with real‑time factors like the time of day, day of the week, weather, and overall demand. Guests who book their tee times 30 days in advance will pay our Standard Rate before any dynamic pricing adjustments begin. After that point, prices will adjust automatically as tee times fill or become available.

How do I get the best price?
The easiest way to save is to book early. At 30 days out, tee times are available at our Standard Rate before any price changes take place. As days fill up, prices may increase, golfers who plan ahead often get the best value. Real time pricing is always available on our online reservation system.

Can I still book my tee time over the phone or in person?
Absolutely! We’re always happy to help. Just give us a call at 1‑800‑235‑8909, and we’ll share the current rate and reserve your tee time for you.

What if I need to cancel after I make a reservation?
No worries, you can cancel your tee time up to 48 hours in advance without any penalty.

All daily rates include our Premium Services Package, which features:

• a reserved seat on a GPS-enabled cart
• professional bag drop service
• access to the practice range 45 minutes prior to your scheduled tee time.

Callaway Club Rentals:  $70

Note: Rental Fleet consists of men’s and ladies right and left hand sets. Limited number of men’s stiff shaft available. Rental fee includes two sleeves of Callaway golf balls ($20 value).

Resident Rate:

We are happy to offer this reduced rate to PEI residents after 11:00 AM any day of the week. To qualify for this rate we require that you show proof of residence at the time of check-in, this could include one of the following: PEI Driver’s License, PEI Health Card or a property tax bill.

Juniors Play Free

One junior golfer (18 years of age or younger) may play free of charge after 4:00 PM when accompanied by a paying adult. This offer is not applicable to special promotions or discounted programs and is subject to availability. Cart seat rental is not included and is available at a rate of $25 plus tax.

Note: Complimentary or Golf PEI Value Card rounds do not include a cart seat. Cart seat rental is an additional $25 plus tax.

MANDATORY GUIDELINES

 

• Use is restricted to individuals (and their guests) that had a 2025 PEI’s Finest Golf Membership Package or have purchased their 2026 PEI’s Finest Golf Membership Package. Non-members cannot book time on the simulator. PEI’s Finest Golf Members are accountable for guests and must ensure they know and understand the simulator guidelines. Our online waiver must be completed prior to your reservation.

 

• Indoor footwear must be worn, clean sneakers or clean spikeless golf shoes are required. All outdoor footwear must remain at the entrance to the simulator room.

 

• Golf clubs and balls being used must be clean and free of markings. Worn golf balls, dirt in the grooves and face of clubs, and ink markings on golf balls shorten the life of our screen and can cause tears.

 

• Any damage done to the simulator equipment or the simulator room and furniture is the responsibility of the user to replace.

 

• Food and drinks are not permitted in the simulator room.

 

• The simulator room is monitored by video surveillance.

 

• In the case of a winter storm simulator golf may be canceled, all bookings will be notified as soon as possible.

 

• Failure to follow any of these mandatory guidelines will result in a suspension of your simulator use.
