Cancellation

Cancellations are accepted 48 hours in advance, also please note:

  • Singles, twosomes and threesome reservations should expect to pair up with an existing reservation as designated by the Golf Shop or Starter.
Spectator

Spectators are permitted to join a group with the following guidelines:

• Must be a minimum of 16 years old
• Players and spectator must rent golf cart
• Players may only bring one (1) spectator
• Carts are based on availability

Pace of Play

Groups are expected to complete a round within our maximum time par.

Time par is on our scorecard and our starter will review with you on the day of your golf. This is the expected maximum time for a foursome to complete 18 holes.

The GPS screen on our golf cart will reflect your current round time and will display whether your group is on pace with a GREEN display or off pace with a RED display, along with the amount of time you are either behind or ahead of pace.

Groups falling out of position or behind time par will be asked to regain their proper position on the course either verbally from a Player Assistant or by message on the GPS screen. Groups that do not improve pace after being issued a warning will be repositioned on the course.

For the enjoyment of all players, pace of play must be adhered to.

Alcohol

The PEI Liquor Control Act prohibits anyone from bringing personal alcohol on premises that hold a PEILCC Liquor License;

• All alcohol must be purchased from the on course hospitality providers or clubhouse;
• Unauthorized personal alcohol on the property will be confiscated;
• Failure to comply with this policy could result in immediate removal from the course.

Rain Check

Rain Checks will be in a dollar amount based on the purchase price of your Green Fee and the number of holes you played. This credit can be redeemed on your next round at any of our three properties or for merchandise in our golf shops, see example below:

Example:
$50 Green Fee Paid ($50/18holes = $2.77/hole)
12 holes played before inclement weather ($2.77 X 6holes remaining = $16.62 Credit)

Rain checks are NOT issued for such things as: Slow play, a round started in the rain, personal schedule constraints, personal commitments, incomplete rounds due to darkness or the like.

MANDATORY GUIDELINES

• Use is restricted to individuals (and their guests) that had a 2024 PEI’s Finest Golf Membership Package or have purchased a 2025 PEI’s Finest Golf Membership Package. Non-members cannot book time on the simulator. PEI’s Finest Golf Members are accountable for guests and must ensure they know and understand the simulator guidelines. • Food and drinks are not permitted in the simulator room.

• The simulator room is monitored by video surveillance.
